We all know that a favourite bag can wear out. By repairing and maintaining these items, we can reduce waste and contribute to a  more sustainable fashion industry. Here you can find out what you can do with your damaged WAVEIT products. 

Non-human damage within 3 months: A replacement will be arranged 

General repairs within 1 year: Free 

Terms and conditions: 

  • Customers can bring the bag requiring repair to the following authorized service points for repair details: Doughnut  Sham Shui Po store, Sha Tin store, Tuen Mun store, Kwun Tong store, Kwai Fong store, Langham Place store, Yuen  Long store. For detailed addresses, please refer to doughnutofficial.com/pages/our-store 
  • Before visiting the authorized service point for repairs, please first inquire and make an appointment with our  customer service through WAVEIT Facebook Inbox.  
  • Customers must bring the receipt and show it to the store staff to enjoy the aforementioned repair services. If the  customer loses/forgets to bring the receipt, they will not be able to enjoy the above. Based on the diagnosis,  customers who forgot their receipt may be responsible for more repair charges. Please inquire with the staff for details. 
  • General repairs include: stitching, replacing magnetic buttons, replacing zipper pulls, and replacing zippers. For  other repair items and charges, please bring the bag and inquire with the staff. 
  • Non-human damage items include: fabric peeling, thread coming loose, and discoloration caused by manufacturing  defects, but do not include obvious wear and tear from external forces.
